From The West:

Take I-95 to Rte 138 East over Newport Bridge (Toll) to Exit for 114 North. Turn left onto Admiral Kalbfus Rd. Take Admiral Kalbfus Road to Rte. 114/West Main Road. Make left onto Rte. 114/West Main Road. Follow for approx. 3.5 miles, Prescott Point will be on left. Turn left into main entrance and follow signs to sales office.

From The North & East:

Follow Rte 195 to Rte 24 South -- (Exit 8A). Follow for approx 10 miles to Exit 1 (Rte 114 South). Follow Rte 114 for approx 4 miles to Prescott Point on right. Turn right into main entrance and follow signs to sales office.
